Sheila Shepherd Reflexology

During your stay at Nutcombe, why not treat yourselves to a truly relaxing holistic treatment from a fully qualified Reflexologist in the comfort of your own cottage.

We have teamed up with Sheila Shepherd who has been practicing as a fully qualified Reflexologist in Ilfracombe for 23 years.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology works on the theory that our body's structure and organs are mapped out in other areas of our body in places like our hands, feet and ears. Sheila practices foot reflexology which is a unique foot massaging technique working on precise reflex points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body, treating the whole person, physically, mentally and emotionally. This stimulates the natural healing power of the body to help stimulate and re-balance different systems within the body, including digestive, reproductive, respiratory, circulatory, urinary, muscular and skeletal symptoms,  to help the body work at it's optimum level.

Sheila also offers Aromatherapy massages, so why not indulge yourself and book an appointment during your stay. Treatments offered are listed below with prices.
